A trained and experienced estimator will come to your home or office to accomplish 7 tasks:

1. Perform a Free 23-point Inspection© to determine what your pieces need.
2. Provide a Free Appraisal to determine the fair market value of your pieces (this part alone is worth at least $100).
3. Discuss our Four Levels of Service© to match the correct process of restoration to your pieces.
4. Ask (and help you answer) 9 Questions to evaluate when is the right time to restore and tell you honestly when it’s not.
5. Produce a Written Quote for services needed to restore your pieces to their original beauty.
6. Allow you to look through our portfolio of Before and After Photographs. (Check out our Gallery)
7. Present you with a Mumford Restoration folder with all the information you need to get started including the 8 Differences Between Us and Those Other Guys.
